I had been using a “big name” plumbing company for years. When my water heater wasn’t working, the big name came out and, before seeing the heater, they were talking replacement cost. I began to look for local companies. Mainline had good reviews. They came out the next day, replaced my water heater, and let me know that the “corrosion” on the ducts was adhesive residue from duct tape and not a $1,200 duct replacement.
So pleased with the customer service and work, I had Mainline replace my worn-out water turn off.
All of the work considerably less costly than the big name guys. What I paid is for two jobs - water heater and external water shut off. $1,000 saved.

This company is your go-to plumbing company for any needs in your home or business. When I called about our 33+ year water heater possibly going out, their sales manager, Tom, quickly asked me to send him pictures. Upon doing so on 31 December, Tom initiated a call to the owner, Miguel, who in turn let us know he would be out the next morning to replace our water heater. It is professionals like this that make home repairs less stressful. Miguel showed up the next morning and had that water heater replaced in around two hours. Miguel made sure that our flex lines were new and took extra time to secure the ventilation system, which had been improperly secured in the past. He went the extra mile. You can’t go wrong by hiring this professional company.
