I could not recommend Mainline Plumbing enough. We were having hot water consistency issues, and our technician Joey helped resolve the issue. He helped us by descaling our tankless water heater. Not only did he fix the issue we were having, but he also taught me a ton about my plumbing system in my house. Joey had excellent customer service. I told him that he should teach customer service courses. He was helpful through and through. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would.

I was able to source out my own water heater, which was bigger than what they have on hand, and they arrived promptly the same day to install the unit with no issues. Very professional and provided high-quality services. Have used them before and will use them again. Update 10/14/23 - another 5-star service. I don't review businesses often and I guess I already gave Joey and his crew kudos from before. If I could give them a new review, I would. Had a massive water leak while we were away on a trip and saw the leak on camera. The guys came over promptly and had the problem fixed and dealt with all over the phone. Payment was done remotely.
